Integrations
CRM integrations
Your CRM holds your most valuable data, but it only pays off when it's connected to the rest of your business. We connect your CRM to the systems around it, so sales, finance, delivery and support all work from the same information instead of their own copy of it.
The problem
A disconnected CRM is a very expensive address book
Most businesses put real effort into their CRM, then leave it stranded. Sales updates a deal, but finance re-keys it to raise the invoice. A new client is won, but someone sets them up again by hand in the delivery system. Support has no idea what was sold, and marketing works from a different list entirely.
The result is duplicated data entry, records that quietly drift out of sync, and a CRM that reflects part of the picture rather than the truth. The value isn't in the CRM alone. It's in the CRM connected to everything that depends on it.
The platforms
The CRMs we work with
We integrate the CRM platforms businesses actually run on, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho and monday CRM, among others. Where a reliable connection already exists we use it, and where it doesn't, we build a custom one, so you're never stuck because your CRM "doesn't integrate" with something important.

Where it connects
Where a CRM usually needs to connect
These are the connections that turn a CRM from an island into the centre of how the business runs.
CRM and finance
Push won deals into your accounting or invoicing system automatically, so a closed sale raises the invoice without anyone re-keying it, and payment status flows back to the CRM.
CRM and your work platform
When a deal is won, create the client, project or matter in monday, Asana or ClickUp automatically, with the details already populated, so delivery starts clean instead of from scratch.
CRM and email or calendar
Keep client communication and meetings synced to the CRM record, so the full history sits in one place without manual logging.
CRM and marketing
Keep your CRM and marketing platform in sync, so leads, segments and campaign activity line up and sales and marketing work from the same list.
CRM and support or service
Give your support team visibility of what a client bought and their history, so service is informed rather than starting cold.
Each connection removes a manual handoff and a source of drift. Together they make the CRM the single source of truth the rest of the business can rely on.
How we build
How we connect it
Every connection gets the right approach for the job. Where a reliable native or off-the-shelf integration exists, we use it. Where there isn't one, or the logic is more involved than a standard connector allows, we build a custom integration through the systems' APIs, with proper authentication, error handling and monitoring so it doesn't silently break.
We also keep your data secure and in your control, deployed per client with Australian data residency, rather than routed through third-party tools you can't see into.

Beyond the connection
Connected, not just linked
Connecting the CRM is rarely the whole job. Once the data flows, there's usually work to automate on top of it, and often a role for AI agents to act on what the CRM now knows, following up on stalled deals, updating records, or triaging inbound leads. We build CRM integration as part of a connected system, so the connection is the start of something useful rather than the end of the task.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is a CRM integration?
A CRM integration is a connection between your CRM and another system, so information flows between them automatically instead of being re-keyed. Common examples are connecting a CRM to accounting, to a work platform, or to email, so a change in one updates the other.
Which CRMs can you integrate?
We work with the CRM platforms businesses actually run on, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho and monday CRM, among others. Where a reliable connection exists we use it, and where it does not, we build a custom one.
What can we connect our CRM to?
The systems that depend on your customer data: accounting and invoicing, your work platform, email and calendar, marketing tools, and support or service systems. If it has an API, we can generally connect it.
What if there's no ready-made integration between our tools?
Then we build one. Where no reliable off-the-shelf connection exists, or the logic is more involved than a standard connector allows, we build a custom integration through the systems' APIs, so you're never stuck because two tools "don't integrate".
Is it secure?
Yes. We build with proper authentication, deploy per client, offer Australian data residency, and never route sensitive data through third-party tools you can't see into. Integrations are monitored so they don't silently break.

What clients say
Josh has been phenomenal as an implementation partner. So cool, calm and so patient. He understands common business challenges and the anxiety that comes with change management. He has no issues getting deep into the details and happy to step into our mess to find order and process that works in this new system. I could not recommend Josh more highly.
