Most businesses don't need this
We're certified in monday.com, Asana and ClickUp, and for the large majority of businesses one of them, structured properly, is the right answer. They're mature, well supported, constantly improving, and far cheaper to own than something built from scratch.
So the first thing we do is establish whether a platform fits. If one does, we'll tell you, and we'll build it there. Custom is the option when the honest answer is that no platform does, and pushing your business into one would cost you more in workarounds and compromise than building the right thing would.

When it doesn't
When custom is the wrong choice
Just as important, and we'd rather say it before you spend money.
If a platform handles most of what you need, custom is usually the wrong call. You'd be taking on the cost of building and the cost of maintaining forever, in exchange for capability you could configure in weeks.
Custom means you own it. There's no vendor improving it while you sleep, no roadmap of new features arriving, no support line. It has to be maintained, updated and eventually modernised, and that's a genuine long-term commitment.
And custom does not fix an undesigned operation. Building a bespoke system on top of unclear processes and ownership produces an expensive, bespoke version of the same problem. Structure first applies here more than anywhere.
